Register for all programs by mail or in person at Middletown Township Municipal Center, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047. Please make your checks payable to Middletown Township. You can also register on-line using a credit card. Just click the "Online Registration for Recreation Programs" link listed below. Registration deadline is one week prior to the start date of the program, unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline and a 10% late fee will be assessed on registrations received after the deadline, unless otherwise stated. NR fees listed in the program descriptions are for non-residents. Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Confirmations not mailed.
